Why Storytelling Matters to Me
Storytelling has always been more than entertainment to me.
Stories preserve memory.
They allow people to understand experiences beyond their own lives. They help us imagine fear, survival, courage, and possibility.
Coming from a background shaped by war, migration, rebuilding, and helping others through interpretation and community work, I learned early that every person carries a story.
Some stories heal.
Some warn.
Some inspire.
Some help people feel less alone.
When I write, I want readers to feel transported into another world while still recognizing something deeply human inside it.
Whether it is:
A child surviving chaos
A family searching for hope
Humanity fighting extinction
Or someone trying to remember who they are
The emotional truth matters most.
That is why I continue writing.
Because stories connect people across fear, culture, language, and imagination.
